Jenn and Susanna are thrilled to combine their expertise to offer you a relaxing and restorative yoga + acupuncture experience at Tula Yoga.
Jenn will lead you through an all-levels yoga practice designed to build gentle warmth and energy within the body and breath. She will assist you into a supported savasana and guide you through yoga nidra (yogic sleep). As you rest in savasana, Susanna will provide you with a painless, acupuncture treatment designed to create peaceful energetic changes in the body — reducing stress, easing anxiety, and eliciting deep levels of relaxation. You will emerge from this workshop feeling more calm, centered, and relaxed.
The combined yoga practice and gentle acupuncture treatment is safe for all. No prior acupuncture experience necessary.

Jenn started to develop her personal yoga practice in 2009 while living in Chiang Mai, Thailand. She first found yoga to be a tool to help find balance in the life of an educator. Combining her passion for working with people and yoga, Jenn found herself studying to get her MSW and yoga teaching certification. Jenn believes strongly in the sense of community both in and outside of her yoga classes. In Jenn's class you can expect a focus on safe alignment and introspective reflection on doing what is best for your body, mind and spirit in any given class.
